Plasticwork has opted to work in accordance with a code of ethics based on respect, empowering the people in our organisation and forging positive relations also with the outside world with a series of practical initiatives to benefit the local community and the environment in which we live.

Systems

System	Description
Kanban	The Kanban technique is used to avoid stock-outs, remove overproduction and introduce a rational and demand driven stock management system.
FreePass	Consignment system in which – due to the achievement of a predefined high quality standard – materials are delivered directly to a production line without incoming product inspection by the customer.
ALS	Manufacturing Execution System (MES) with order management, quality control, energy optimisation, and maintenance modules.
SPC	Statistical Process Control: statistical analysis to monitor and control a process with the aim of guaranteeing consistency and the manufacture of quality products.
